Well, I Have!!

  • Have you ever cried over an AT&T commercial?
  • Have you ever read "Goodnight Moon" over a million times...in one night??
  • Have you ever had your yelling preschooler climbing on you, while holding your sick baby, while trying to teach Sharing Time?
  • Have you ever had such a fabulous aunt as Aunt Chrisy??
  • Have you ever bought a pair of jeans that actually made you feel better about yourself than worse??
  • Have you ever been so sick of your music selection you turn on "kid tunes"?
  • Have you ever taken your dog to church?
  • Have you ever rated a Sunset (1-10)?
  • Have you ever sat outside eating popcorn while watching a Thunderstorm?
  • Have you ever arrived to a store and before getting out of the car realize that you forgot to wear shoes??
  • Have you ever gone into the store with no shoes anyway?
  • Have you ever almost peed your pants while running errands because you refuse to go in a public restroom with bare feet?

Rendezvous Point

My Hubband has been going to the Fort Bridger Mountain Man Rendezvous in Whyoming since he was about 12 years old. And since I have known him, we have always made it a point to go. (There has been a few years where we couldn't go.) It is such a fun tradition and so fun getting together with the people we come with (most of them we only see this time of year) And YES! we do dress up in our primitive clothing and "rough it" like the pioneers! (well, maybe not quiet like the pioneers...most of us in our group brought up their "tin teepees", or trailers!) Oh, and we also attend Sacrament Meeting outside by the Mormon Wall in the Fort. It is really cool to see the amount of poeple in attendance each year!
Next year I will hopefully get some photos inside the Fort at "Traders Row" where there are many fabulous sites to see! (and the fat guy wearing ONLY a loin-cloth and moccasins are DEFINITELY on the list!)

Finally! Zayla alseep on Daddy!

Daxon pulling the girls around in the neighbor's wagon. (Zayla found her twin! Her name is Ellie)

This picutre is so funny to me! This was our "kitchen" area of the camp!
